Build With Seek Wellbeing®
Seek Wellbeing® Medical Housecalls offers select nurses and nurse practitioners the opportunity to grow into partnership through demonstrated clinical practice, alignment with the Seek Wellbeing model of care, and sustained participation in the work of the practice.
Partnership is not an entry-level opportunity. It is a developmental pathway for clinicians who have practiced within the Seek Wellbeing ecosystem, understand the model, and are prepared to help steward the brand, the standard of care, and the communities we serve.
Who May Be Considered
Partnership consideration may be available to nurses or nurse practitioners who:
- have practiced full-time within the Seek Wellbeing environment for approximately 18 to 24 months
- demonstrate consistent alignment with the clinical, relational, and professional expectations of the practice
- understand and apply the Seek Wellbeing approach to whole-person care
- show readiness for increased responsibility, leadership, and regional development
- are invited into partnership by a current owner or partner
An invitation to explore partnership reflects both performance and alignment. It is not automatic based solely on length of service.
Preparation for Partnership
Clinicians being considered for partnership receive preparation designed to help them represent and support the Seek Wellbeing® brand with consistency and integrity.
Preparation may include development in:
- the Clinical Wellness & Wellbeing Model of Care
- Whole-Health Restorative Care
- integrative nursing principles
- wellbeing and whole-person care
- traditional medical assessment, treatment, and clinical safety
- health coaching and behavior-change support
- community-based and home-based practice
- patient and family engagement
- practice operations and clinical documentation
- leadership, professional accountability, and brand stewardship
The goal is not simply to expand a practice. It is to prepare clinicians to develop care environments where nurses and patients can thrive.
What Partnership Can Offer
The exact structure of each partnership is established through formal agreements, but partnership may create opportunities for:
- greater professional autonomy
- regional practice development
- participation in the growth of the Seek Wellbeing ecosystem
- leadership and mentorship of additional clinicians
- access to Seek Wellbeing clinical and operational frameworks
- ongoing education and professional development
- participation in an established back-office and care-management infrastructure
