Our Model
The Clinical Wellness & Wellbeing Model of Care is our Guide!
This model was created by our founder Dr. Johanna Gaskins and acts as our blueprint when operationalizing your care according to your goals.
The model includes:
- Whole-Health Restorative Care: Support for nutrition, movement, sleep, metabolic health, environmental influences, connection, purpose, and other foundations that help restore capacity.
- Integrative Nursing: Relational presence, whole-person awareness, and nursing-centered approaches to care.
- Wellbeing Principles: Attention to the conditions that influence health across the individual’s lived experience.
- Traditional Clinical Medicine: Assessment, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and clinical safety.
- Health Coaching: Collaborative goal-setting, behavior-change support, and sustained patient engagement.
Together, these elements allow clinicians to care for patients beyond isolated symptoms while remaining firmly grounded in safe clinical practice.
The Six Dimensions Of Wellbeing
Wellbeing does not live in just one part of life.
We experience life all at once—through our bodies, our relationships, our surroundings, our sense of purpose, and our need for safety and belonging. When one area feels strained, others often feel it too. When one area is supported, it can quietly strengthen the rest.
The six dimensions offer a way to understand wellbeing as it is actually lived. They are not categories to master or problems to solve. They are lenses—ways of noticing the different parts of life that shape how we feel and function.
No single dimension is more important than the others. Different seasons of life naturally bring different dimensions into focus.
